«پیچیدگی» و «دشواری» پرسش‌ها در مشاوره‌های پژوهشی: قابلیت پیش‌بینی و شناسایی ویژگی‌ها (یک مرور نظام‌مند)

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش در نظر دارد تا به امکان پیش‌بینی دشواری و پیچیدگی پرسش‌ها پیش از شروع مشاوره توسط کتابداران و شناسایی ویژگی‌های این نوع پرسش‌ها حین و پس از مشاوره بپردازد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش از نوع کیفی بوده و با روش مرور نظام‌مند انجام شده است. برای شناسایی منابع ترکیبی از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط مانند «مشاوره پژوهشی»، «دشواری پرسش‌ها»، «پیچیدگی پرسش‌ها»، «پرسش‌های مرجع»، و «پیش‌بینی کتابداران» همراه با معادل‌های انگلیسی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعات عمومی، علمی و خاکستری داخلی و خارجی انجام شد. در جستجوی اولیه 2245 منبع بازیابی‌شده که پس از طی چهار مرحله پریزما در نهایت، 26 اثر باقی‌مانده و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند میان دشواری و پیچیدگی پیش‌بینی‌شده و واقعی پرسش‌ها توسط کتابداران همبستگی چندانی وجود ندارد. از طرف دیگر، به‌طورکلی ویژگی‌های پرسش‌های دشوار و پیچیده را می‌توان به دو گروه دسته‌بندی کرد: ویژگی‌های پیش از شروع مشاوره شامل الف) زمان دریافت پرسش در کتابخانه (پرسش‌های خارج از ساعت اداری و پرسش‌های دریافت شده در اواسط ترم تحصیلی)؛ ب) پرسش (طول پرسش، تعداد مفاهیم، تعداد اجزای پرسش، بدساختاری)؛ ج) کتابدار (مدرک تحصیلی، تجربه و تخصص، علاقه‌مندی)؛ ج) کتابخانه (میزان موجودی منابع، داشتن بخش خدمات مشاوره پژوهشی)؛ و د) پرسشگر (مدرک تحصیلی)؛ و ویژگی‌های حین و پس از مشاوره شامل مدت‌زمان طول کشیدن فرایند (مهمترین ویژگی)، تعداد و تنوع منابع مورداستفاده، دانش تجربه و تخصص کتابدار، تعداد اقدامات انجام شده، میزان تعامل و مشارکت با کاربران، و موفقیت نهایی در پاسخ‌دهی و راهنمایی.
 بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد پیش‌بینی دشواری و پیچیدگی پرسش‌ها توسط کتابداران اقدامی چالش‌برانگیز است و توصیه می‌شود نسبت به این موضوع احتیاط شود. بااین‌حال، برخی ویژگی‌های پیش از شروع مشاوره می‌تواند تسهیل‌گر و راه‌گشا باشد. تجربه و تخصص کتابداران هم پیش از شروع مشاوره و هم در طول مشاوره، یک ویژگی تعیین‌کننده است. همچنین اگرچه ویژگی‌هایی ارائه‌شده که می‌تواند نشانگر پیچیدگی و دشواری پرسش‌ها باشد، ولی مصاحبه اولیه با کاربران در کنار این ویژگی‌ها می‌تواند تصویری کامل‌تر از نیاز یا عدم نیاز به مشاوره پژوهشی ترسیم کند.
اصالت: شناسایی پرسش‌های دشوار و پیچیده از مهارت‌های موردنیاز کتابداران است که می‌تواند به صرفه‌جویی در زمان و ارتقای وجهه رشته، و افزایش رضایتمندی کاربران منجر شود. پژوهش حاضر در زمره نخستین پژوهش‌هایی است که به این مهم پرداخته و نتایج آن می‌تواند راهنمایی برای کتابداران فعال در عرصه مشاور پژوهشی باشد.
