عوامل فردی تأثیرگذار بر فرآیند اشتراک دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: در دنیای امروز، اشتراک دانش میان کارکنان به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل حیاتی در افزایش بهره‌وری و ایجاد مزیت رقابتی برای سازمان‌ها مطرح است. این موضوع در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی که منابع اطلاعاتی و تخصصی در آن‌ها به‌طور مستقیم با کیفیت خدمات و یادگیری دانشجویان مرتبط است، اهمیت بیشتری پیدا می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا عوامل فردی مؤثر بر اشتراک دانش در این محیط‌ها را شناسایی، دسته‌بندی و رتبه‌بندی کرده و الگوی تحلیلی مناسبی برای آن‌ها ارائه دهد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش ترکیبی (کیفی ـ کمی) انجام گرفت. در مرحلۀ نخست، با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند مبتنی بر چهارچوب PSALSAR، شاخص‌های فردی مؤثر بر اشتراک‌گذاری دانش از طریق تحلیل محتوای منابع علمی استخراج شدند. سپس، براساس یافته‌های این مرحله، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته برای سنجش اهمیت شاخص‌ها طراحی شد که روایی محتوایی و صوری آن به تأیید جمعی از متخصصان حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی رسید و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/87 محاسبه شد. داده‌های حاصل با روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (AHP) و نرم‌افزار Expert Choice تحلیل شدند. در مرحله بعد، به‌منظور تدوین و اعتبارسنجی مدل مفهومی از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران، کارکنان و رؤسای کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه تهران بود که از میان آن‌ها ۱۱۲ نفر به روش تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به شناسایی 67 کد در قالب ۱۱ شاخص فردی شد که شامل دانش و تجربه، هیجان‌ها و احساسات، ارزش‌ها، باورها و نگرش‌ها، سبک‌های شناختی و یادگیری، انگیزه و تمایلات درونی، روابط و تعاملات اجتماعی، توانایی‌ها و شایستگی‌های فردی، ادراک از سازمان، ویژگی‌های موقعیتی و شخصیت و ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی بودند.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که باورها و نگرش‌ها بیشترین تأثیر و ویژگی‌های موقعیتی کمترین تأثیر را بر فرآیند تسهیم دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی دارند. براساس این یافته‌ها، الگوی نهایی شاخص‌های فردی مؤثر بر تسهیم دانش ترسیم و ارائه شد.
اصالت: اصالت این پژوهش در رویکرد جامع و نظام‌مند آن به شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل فردی مؤثر بر اشتراک‌گذاری دانش در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی نهفته است. برخلاف پژوهش‌های پیشین که غالباً به بررسی پراکنده یا تک‌بعدی برخی عوامل فردی بسنده کرده‌اند، پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از مرور نظام‌مند مبتنی بر چهارچوب PSALSAR، تصویری یکپارچه و ساختاریافته از شاخص‌های فردی ارائه می‌دهد.
