بررسی اثر میزان توسعه‌یافتگی کشورها بر رویت‌پذیری مقالات هم‌تالیفی

چکیده

هدف : این مقاله در پی بررسی تاثیر توسعه‌یافتگی کشورها بر میزان همکاری علمی میان آن‌ها است.
روش‌: پژوهش با استفاده از روش های علم سنجی صورت پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مقالات هم‌تالیفی 20 کشور توسعه‌یافته و درحال توسعه نمایه شده در وبگاه علوم ISI در فاصله سال‌های 2005 و 2006 به همراه استنادهای آن‌ها در طول سال‌های 2005 تا 2010 می‌باشد. برای بررسی میزان رویت‌پذیری مقالات هم‌تالیفی شناسایی شده در دو سال پایه حجم نمونه‌ای متناسب انتخاب و طی یک دوره 6 ساله 2005 تا 2010 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد متوسط استناد به مقالات مشترک بین کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه 29/11، و متوسط استناد به مقالات هم تالیفی غیرمشترک کشورهای درحال توسعه 18/5 است. همچنین بین تعداد کشورهای همکاری کننده در مقالات حاصل از همکاری علمی و میزان استناد به آن‌ها رابطه مثبت وجود دارد. میزان همکاری علمی منطقه ای یا قاره ای در کشورهای توسعه یافته حدود سه برابر کشورهای درحال توسعه و میزان همکاری علمی درون قطبی در کشورهای توسعه یافته حدود یازده برابر کشورهای درحال توسعه است؛ اما بین میزان همکاری‌های ملی و فرامنطقه ای در کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه تفاوت چندانی مشاهده نشد. میزان استناد به مقالات هم تالیفی بین المللی بیش از 8/1 برابر میزان استناد به مقالات هم تالیفی ملی است. میانگین استناد به مقالات هم تالیفی کشورهای توسعه یافته حدود دو برابر کشورهای درحال توسعه است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاکی از آن است که همکاری علمی کشورهای در حال توسعه با کشورهای توسعه یافته بر میزان رویت پذیری مقاله‌های آن‌ها تاثیر مثبت دارد؛ و تفاوت معنی‌داری بین الگوهای همکاری علمی در کشورهای توسعه یافته و درحال توسعه وجود دارد.
