تبیین نقش وابستگی متقابل در رابطه بین هویت اجتماعی و تردید اجتماعی با پنهان‌سازی دانش

چکیده
مقدمه: مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف ارائۀ مدل مربوط به نقش هویت اجتماعی و تردید اجتماعی در شکل‌گیری پنهان‌سازی دانش تاریخی در شبکه‌­های اجتماعی آنلاین آموزشی صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش متغیر وابستگی متقابل نقش میانجی خواهد داشت.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی اجرا شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش دانش‌­آموزان دارای تابعیت کشور افغانستان در مقطع متوسطه مدارس استان البرز طی سال تحصیلی 1405- 1404 بودند. در این پژوهش 314 نفر از دانش‌آموزان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردید. برای گردآوری داده‌­ها از پرسشنامه ترکیبی شامل: شدت درک‌شده و آسیب‌پذیری درک‌شده وو (2020)، شایستگی درک‌شده، خودمختاری درک‌شده و ارتباط درک‌شده یانگ و همکاران (2020)، وابستگی متقابل هوانگ و همکاران (2018)، عمل متقابل گانگولی و همکاران (2019)، اعتماد تمجید یامپولی (2013) و قصد پنهان‌سازی دانش ندیم و همکاران (2021) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که تردید اجتماعی و هویت اجتماعی اثر معناداری بر وابستگی متقابل دارند. تردید اجتماعی و هویت اجتماعی از طریق کاهش وابستگی متقابل، به‌طور غیرمستقیم موجب افزایش پنهان‌سازی دانش تاریخی می‌شود. نقش تعدیل‌کنندۀ اعتماد و عمل متقابل هرچند مثبت بود اما قدرت تأثیرگذاری آن‌ها محدود بود. نتایج بیانگر اهمیت هویت اجتماعی و تردید اجتماعی به‌عنوان دو عامل روان‌شناختی مؤثر بر رفتارهای دانشی دانش‌آموزان افغانستانی در شبکه‌­های اجتماعی دانش­آموزی همچون شاد است.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع، تقویت تعاملات آموزشی، ایجاد حس عضویت گروهی و کاهش تردید اجتماعی در شبکه‌های آموزشی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در کاهش پنهان‌سازی دانش تاریخی و ارتقای یادگیری مشارکتی در میان دانش­آموزان ایفا کند.
اصالت: اصالت نوآوری این پژوهش در مفهوم‌پردازی و سنجش پنهان‌سازی دانش تاریخی در بستر شبکه‌های اجتماعی آموزشی، تلفیق رویکردهای هویت اجتماعی، حفاظت منابع و تبادل اجتماعی، و بررسی تجربی این پدیده در میان دانش‌آموزان افغانستانی به‌عنوان جامعه‌ای کمتر مطالعه‌شده در ادبیات پنهان‌سازی دانش است.
