تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران بر وفاداری اعضا با توجه به نقش میانجی مسئولیت اجتماعی کتابخانه‌های عمومی

چکیده

مقدمه: کتابخانه عمومی به‌عنوان نهاد اجتماعی خدمت‌رسان درصورتی‌که بتواند با ارائه خدمات مورد انتظار افراد جامعه، اعتماد آنها را جلب نموده و به‌عنوان مرکز اجتماع محلی مطرح شود در ایجاد و توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی موفق خواهد بود، بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران بر افزایش وفاداری اعضا با واسطه‌گری مسئولیت اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها انجام‌ شده است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی، پیمایشی با رویکرد کمی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی اعضای کتابخانه‌ها و 127 نفر از کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان مرکزی بود. نمونه به‌صورت تصادفی ساده، برای کتابداران، 95 نفر و برای اعضای فعال کتابخانه، 384 نفر محاسبه شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998)، مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی کارول (1991) و وفاداری مشتری کاروانا (2002) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس نسخه 25 و لیزرل نسخه 8/8 و برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: ازآنجایی‌که مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود، ازاین‌رو نتایج اجرای مدل اندازه‌گیری تحلیل مسیر سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران، مسئولیت اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها و وفاداری اعضا، مدل مفهومی پژوهش را تأیید کرد. همچنین برازش لازم و اثرگذاری و پیش‌بینی اثربخشی سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران بر مسئولیت اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها و نقش آنها بر افزایش وفاداری اعضا وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: ارتباط معناداری بین سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران و مسئولیت اجتماعی کتابخانه‌های عمومی بر وفاداری اعضا وجود دارد، درنتیجه تلاش در جهت معرفی و شناسایی جایگاه سرمایه اجتماعی کتابداران و مسئولیت اجتماعی کتابخانه‌ها در تقویت و افزایش وفاداری اعضا در کتابخانه‌های عمومی دارای اهمیت قابل‌توجهی است.
