ممیزی دانش در سازمان‌های پروژه محور: به‌سوی یک مدل مفهومی

چکیده

مقدمه: ممیزی دانش به‌عنوان گامی مهم در مدیریت دانش نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در چابک‌سازی و ارتقای اثربخشی گنجینه دانشی سازمان‌ها ایفا می‌کند. تاکنون روش‌شناسی‌ها و مدل‌های مختلفی به‌منظور اجرای ممیزی دانش ارائه شده است. بررسی دقیق روش‌شناسی‌ها و مدل‌های موجود دانش ارزنده‌ای در اختیار متخصصان و دست‌اندرکاران حوزه مدیریت دانش قرار خواهد داد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی مدل‌ها و روش‌شناسی‌های ممیزی دانش موجود به‌منظور انتخاب یا تدوین مدل مناسب ممیزی دانش براساس ویژگی‌ها و اولویت‌های سازمان‌های پروژه محور است.

روش‌شناسی: مطالعه حاضر از انواع پژوهش‌های کاربردی است که به‌روش مطالعه اسنادی و با رویکردی تحلیلی به مطالعه مقایسه‌ای و تحلیل مدل‌ها و روش‌شناسی‌های موجود در حوزه ممیزی دانش پرداخته است.

یافته‌ها: با وجود تنوع و گوناگونی مدل‌ها و روش‌شناسی‌های ممیزی دانش، تمامی آنها تا حدودی کلی و در ماهیت ایستا هستند و به‌منظور به‌کارگیری در محیط‌های مختلف سازمانی انعطاف‌پذیری و چابکی لازم را ندارند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به عدم تناسب مدل‌های موجود با ویژگی‌ها و مختصات خاص سازمان‌های پروژه محور و به‌دلیل ضرورت اجرای ممیزی دانش در این نوع سازمان‌ها، مدل مناسب ممیزی دانش برای این سازمان‌ها باید براساس الزامات و ویژگی‌های سازمان‌های مذکور، تاکسونومی دانش و مؤلفه‌های ممیزی دانش در این سازمان‌ها تدوین شود.
