Abstract
Abstract

Poupuse: This study investigated the relationship between quality of work life and job involvement among librarians of Shahid Chamran University and Jondishapoor University of Medical sciences of Ahvaz.

Methodology: This is a descriptive study. All librarians of the two universities (60 persons) were surveyed by using quality of work life and job involvement questionnaires.

Finding: Data were analyzed with Pearson correlation and multi regression method. The results indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship between quality of work life and two of its components, namely integration and continued growth opportunities, with job involvement (p
