Abstract
Objective: In the current research, in order to acquire the organizational knowledge of experts, an organizational knowledge management is needed, which should be implemented slowly and gradually in an organization. For this purpose, a main strategy is needed in the survival of organizations. In this article, a model designed for gradual knowledge acquisition of experts through semantic mapping analysis with regard to better knowledge management of the organization is used. Knowledge management has been proposed as one of the most interesting and challenging topics in business and production management, and its scope of application has always been broadened with other topics in the field of management. Knowledge management is a process that helps employees in identifying, selecting, organizing, publishing and transferring important information and skills that are part of the organization's history and exist in an unstructured form in the organization. The establishment of knowledge management in the organization is one of the methods of optimal productivity in them. The most important pillar of knowledge management is its execution and implementation in the organization, because all other knowledge management issues are considered as a prelude to starting work as a foundation and using them for the practical realization of knowledge management.
Methodology: The type of research is applied and qualitative, and qualitative analysis has been used to answer the questions of experts. The data collection tool is through an unstructured interview and a structured questionnaire, and the statistical population was investigated by snowball sampling, the number of expert members of which were 26 educated people in the National Library Organization. The reason for using this statistical community is the use of a number of educated experts in this community who are engaged in research work and how to use the knowledge of these experts so that through the model designed to acquire the knowledge of these experts from tacit to objective. So far, various methods have been introduced and used to acquire knowledge. Each of these methods are designed according to specific needs; Therefore, there is no method that is specifically designed to acquire organizational knowledge with specific characteristics. The review of the background of the research shows that, although studies have been conducted in order to establish experts in the acquisition of organizational knowledge management knowledge, establishment in the peripheral, human and technological sub-components in the knowledge acquisition model of the experts of the National Library of Iran from the gradual model of knowledge in the current research to analyze the semantic mapping in knowledge management. took The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective organizational structure factors in the establishment of knowledge management and the knowledge acquisition model of experts by presenting a proposal and presenting a localization model to managers in order to improve the services of this library (experts of the National Library of Iran).
Findings: To discuss the analysis of the semantic mapping obtained from the knowledge management experience of experts based on the components of interviews, case mining, and scaling to use the knowledge acquisition from Pajek software to design social networks through the pattern matrix designed in this article for The localized model was used, and it was evaluated for the semantic mapping analysis of the infographic software and the model matrix designed to obtain this analysis. Basically, the findings show that the discovery of knowledge acquisition techniques in this research has been used in the tunneling industry, as well as the case study of Iran Tunnel Association, its research method is semi-structured interviews, timeline, thinking aloud to solve the problem, Interpretation, retraining, concept map, discrete network technique, combination ladder, etc., are obtained. The results obtained from this research are that the method of reviewing the theoretical foundations of knowledge acquisition and examining methods such as documenting and retrieving knowledge has been used.
Discussion and conclusion: The results of the research showed that the research, the gradual patterns of knowledge in the localized model of knowledge acquisition have been expressed by presenting new models of knowledge acquisition by experts, according to the potential capacities that exist in the field of
