Abstract

Abstract:

Purpose: This paper aims to discuss different aspects of Development and increaseding library fundsing is throughbased on service fees. It also attemps to and identifying solutions in this fieldmatter.

Methodology: In this paper, factors such as the type of library, services, environments and facilities in order needed to develop and implement strategies to for increasing the financial resources of libraries have been studied and identified discussed through a review of the literature and anticipations.

Findings: Findings Showed that factors such as the type of library, type of services, environment and facilities, practical factors such as communication and document delivery services, transcription services, using databases, educational workshops and consulting services are among the services the that librariesy can be take into considerationed to get a fee. , to achieve the goals of the paper are effective and efficient role.
