Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed at determining the effective predictors on the acceptance and using of online databases by faculty members of Islamic Azad University in eight regions based on Roger's Diffusion of Innovation theory.

Method: The research method is an analytical survey and data were collected through a questionnaire. The sample included 351 faculty members who were selected randomly via stratified sampling procedure.
