شناسایی موانع تسهیم دانش در نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی با روش فراترکیب و ارائه راهکار برای رفع این موانع

چکیده

چکیده

مقدمه: تسهیم دانش در میان کارکنان، یک مؤلفه‌ای کلیدی در راستای کسب مزیت رقابتی برای سازمان‌ها در محیط پویای امروز است. تسهیم دانش برای سازمان‌ها یک امر حیاتی است بنابراین هدف این مقاله شناسایی و دسته‌بندی موانع تسهیم دانش و نیز رتبه‌بندی این موانع‌ و ارائه راهکار برای رفع این موانع در سازمان است.

روش‌شناسی: در پژوهش حاضر از رویکرد آمیخته(کمی- کیفی) استفاده شده است و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران، کارکنان اداری، رؤسای شهرستان‌ها در نهاد کتابخانه‌های ‌عمومی‌ کشور بوده و نمونه پژوهش شامل 39 نفر بوده است که به‌روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج فراترکیب منجر به شناسایی 72 شاخص در 4 بعد اصلی که شامل موانع فناوری، موانع سازمانی، موانع فرهنگی و موانع فردی در تسهیم دانش شد. بُعد موانع فناوری شامل 12 شاخص ، بُعد موانع سازمانی شامل 21 شاخص، بُعد موانع فرهنگی شامل 15 شاخص، و درنهایت بُعد موانع فردی شامل 21 شاخص است.

نتیجه: نتایج نشان داد که "موانع سازمانی" بیشترین تأثیر و "موانع فرهنگی" کمترین تأثیر را در تسهیم دانش در نهاد کتابخانه‌های ‌عمومی ‌کشور دارد. در نهایت راهکارهای لازم برای رفع موانع پیشنهاد شد.
