بررسی عوامل بازدارنده بر کاربرد فناوری‌های وب2 در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی‌ایران

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش، شناسایی میزان آشنایی و استفاده کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران از فناوریهای وب2 و شناسایی مهمترین عوامل بازدارنده بر بکارگیری فناوریهای وب2 در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ایران است.
روش: پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که به روش پیمایشی و با رویکرد توصیفی و ارزیابانه انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که با استفاده از روش کتابخانه به بررسی این عوامل در قالب سه دسته کلی (عوامل مربوط به کتابداران، کاربران و عوامل زیرساختی و فرهنگی) پرداخت. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش اعتبار محتوا و آلفای کرونباخ (88%) تأیید شد. جامعه پژوهش کتابداران کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاههای کشور بودند.
یافته‌ها: میزان آشنایی و استفاده کتابداران از فناوریهای وب2 کم است. بیشترین میزان آشنایی کتابداران از فناوریهای وب2 مربوط به فناوری وبلاگ و کمترین میزان آشنایی مربوط به فناوری فهرستنویسی اجتماعی بود. ابزار ویکی و سایت‌های برچسب گذاری و نشانه گذاری اجتماعی به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین فناوری وب2 مورد استفاده بوداز میان عوامل مورد بررسی بیشترین تأثیر مربوط به عوامل مرتبط با کاربران و کمترین تأثیر مربوط به عوامل مرتبط با کتابدارن بود. استفاده از فناوریهای وب2 در کتابخانه های دانشگاهی ضرورت زیادی دارد و بیشترین ضرورت مربوط به فناوری آر.اس.اس با میانگین 95/1 است.
