اطلاعات تجاری: از نیاز تا خدمات

چکیده

مقدمه: انسان همواره به اطلاعات نیاز داشته، دارد و خواهد داشت. عوامل مختلفی زمینه‌ساز نیاز اطلاعاتی هستند که بافت یکی از آنهاست. بافت پیچیده و متحول امروزی کسب و کار باعث ایجاد نیاز اطلاعاتی تجاری شده است که خود ضرورت ارائه خدمات اطلاعاتی تجاری را می‌طلبد. این پژوهش به‌مرور و معرفی این مفاهیم به‌منظور باز کردن مسیری برای متخصصان علم اطلاعات برای حضور در این بخش از دنیای اطلاعات می‌پردازد.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به‌صورت مروری انجام و با بررسی متون مرتبط با اطلاعات تجاری و خدمات اطلاعات تجاری، مفاهیم مرتبط روشن شده است.
یافته‌ها: بررسی‌های انجام‌شده در این پژوهش، ابعاد مختلف اطلاعات تجاری و همچنین نیاز، منابع و خدمات اطلاعات تجاری را مطرح و نقش متخصصان اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی را در این عرصه روشن ساخته است.
‌نتیجه‌گیری: امروزه نقش اطلاعات تجاری و خدمات اطلاعات تجاری در دنیا مشخص شده است. ازاین‌رو، لازم است تا یک نظام خدمات اطلاعاتی تجاری طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و ارزیابی شود که متخصصان اطلاعات به این حوزه ورود کنند تا بتوانند نقش کاربردی و اساسی پیدا کنند و این امر می‌تواند علاوه بر ایجاد جایگاه حرفه‌ای آنان، به اشتغال حرفه‌مندان علم اطلاعات نیز کمک کند.
