رابطه باورهای معرفتی با رفتار اطلاعاتی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف: باورهای معرفتی نشانگر تلقی افراد از دانش و دانستن هستند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه باورهای معرفتی با رفتار اطلاعاتی دانشجویان بود.
روش: در این مطالعه کاربردی- پیمایشی، از بین 19965 دانشجوی شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال تحصیلی 90-1389، تعداد 364 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی انتخاب شده و "فهرست باورهای معرفتی" را برای اندازه گیری باورهای معرفتی آنان و "پرسشنامه رفتار اطلاعاتی" را برای اندازه گیری رفتار اطلاعاتی آنان تکمیل کردند.
یافته ها: باورهای معرفتی آزمودنی ها بر حسب جنسیت و مقطع تحصیلی تفاوتی معنادار داشتند و این باورها با رفتار اطلاعاتی آنان نیز رابطه معناداری داشتند. دارندگان باورهای معرفتی سطح بالا در محیط اطلاعاتی کارآمدتر از دارندگان باورهای معرفتی سطح پایین بودند. نتایج حاصل در پیوند با نتایج بررسی های پیشین، نشانگر لزوم توجه کتابداران آموزشی و مرجع، و طراحان نظام های اطلاعاتی به این باورها برای بهینه سازی رفتار اطلاعاتی است.
