بررسی تاثیر سواد دیجیتال بر یادگیری الکترونیکی کتابداران دانشگاه پیام نور با نقش واسطه ای پذیرش فناوری

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این مقاله، بررسی تاثیر سواد دیجیتال با نقش واسطه ای پذیرش فناوری بر یادگیری الکترونیکی در بین کتابداران دانشگاه پیام نور می باشد.

روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی با جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کتابداران کتابخانه های دانشگاه پیام نور به تعداد 318 نفر، که با استفاده از جدول نمونه گیری گرجسی و مورگان(1970)، تعداد 175 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعیین و انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها نیز پرسشنامه های استاندارد یادگیری الکترونیکی واتکینز و همکاران (2004)، سواد دیجیتالی رودریگوئز و همکاران (2016) و پذیرش فناوری دیویس(2000) بود.

یافته‌ها: نشان دادند که بررسی مفروض واسطه‌مندی نسبی پذیرش فناوری در تاثیر سواد دیجیتال بر یادگیری الکترونیکی کتابداران دانشگاه پیام نور با داده‌ها برازش مطلوبی دارد. افزون بر این، در مدل‌ مفروض، تمامی ضرایب همبستگی و ضرایب مسیر مدل از لحاظ آماری معنادار بودند و سواد دیجیتال با میانجی پذیرش فناوری بر یادگیری الکترونیکی کتابداران دانشگاه پیام نور به میزان اثر 126/0، تاثیر مثبت و مستقیم معناداری دارد.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشاد داد که سواد دیجیتال به طور مستقیم و با نقش واسطه ای پذیرش فناوری بر یادگیری الکترونیکی در بین کتابداران دانشگاه پیام نور موثر است. از این رو، مولفه های پذیرش فناوری و سواد دیجیتال از تبیین کننده های موثر بر یادگیری الکترونیکی در بین کتابداران می باشد.
